Our nail surgery package offers a safe, effective, and lasting solution for painful or recurring nail conditions such as ingrown, thickened, or damaged toenails.

This minor procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic by our experienced lead podiatrist, ensuring your comfort at every stage. Using precise techniques, we remove all or part of the affected nail and treat the underlying problem to help prevent it from returning.

Where appropriate, a specialist solution is applied to the nail bed to stop regrowth and provide a permanent resolution to the issue.

At our clinic, we combine modern medical expertise with a calm, supportive environment — helping you get back on your feet quickly, comfortably, and confidently.

A comprehensive evaluation of the structure, function, and movement of your feet and lower limbs. This assessment examines gait, posture, and alignment, identifying any biomechanical imbalances that may contribute to pain, discomfort, or injury.

25 minutes

A thorough evaluation designed to safeguard foot health for patients with diabetes. This assessment begins with a discussion of your diabetes and its current management, followed by a comprehensive vascular and neurological examination to evaluate circulation and nerve function.

Based on the findings, your Diabetic specialist Podiatrist will assign a risk category and provide tailored advice on foot care, preventative strategies, and maintaining optimal foot health. Footwear is also reviewed to ensure proper support and protection.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommend that adults with diabetes should have a thorough foot examination at least once every 12 months.

Verrutop Topical Verruca Treatment
Initial Conultation £50
Follow Up Consultation £38
20-40 minutes

Verrutop is a topical solution used by healthcare professionals to treat warts and verrucas. It works by drying out and mummifying the lesion with a Nitrizinc complex, which helps the tissue heal and the verruca shrink and eventually be eradicated. The treatment is non-invasive and suitable for children age 6 onwards.

How it works:

Nitrizinc complex: Verrutop contains a specific complex of nitric acid combined with copper and zinc salts, as well as organic acids like lactic, acetic, and oxalic.
Desiccation and denaturation: This complex causes the viral-infected tissue to dehydrate (desiccate) and breaks down its DNA (denaturation), leading to cell death and destruction of the virus.

What to expect

Application: It is applied by a healthcare professional and is usually painless, though some may experience a slight sting.
Treatment frequency: Typically, 3 to 6 treatment sessions are needed, with each session taking place every 1 to 2 weeks.
Aftercare: No dressings or special padding are usually required after application.

Who it is for:

Best for: Smaller warts and verrucas
May be less suitable for: Large, long-standing, or particularly stubborn warts, for which other treatments may be better indicated.

Unsuitable for diabetics, pregnant patients and nursing mothers.

5 Minute Fungal Nail Test £45
A 5-minute fungal test, often called the Dermatophyte Test, is a rapid diagnostic tool used by healthcare professionals to quickly confirm the presence of a dermatophyte (fungal) nail infection from a small nail sample. The test uses immune-chromatography to provide a result in about five minutes, allowing for immediate treatment plans and avoiding the weeks-long wait of traditional lab cultures.

Local Anaesthesia £45

For patients experiencing significant discomfort, our Local Anaesthetic Add-On provides a safe and effective way to make your treatment completely pain-free.

Administered by our qualified podiatrists, a small amount of local anaesthetic is carefully injected to numb the affected area — often used for very sore toenails, nail procedures, or other sensitive treatments. This ensures you remain comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment, while we carry out your care with precision and ease.

The numbing effect wears off gradually over a few hours, allowing for a smooth and comfortable recovery.

Our aim is to make every treatment as gentle and stress-free as possible — so you can focus on feeling better, not feeling pain.

Gel Nail Polish £12
Applied after your professional podiatry care, the gel is carefully shaped and cured for a flawless, resilient finish that resists chipping and fading. Perfect for those seeking polished perfection and elegant results, this add-on blends the expertise of clinical foot care with the artistry of cosmetic podiatry.
